CYTOMETRY services

The staff of the ICV-3C platform has the scientific and technical skills for project implementation from sample preparation to data analysis and provides the necessary services and training.

We offer theoretical and practical training in the use of the MQ10 analyzer cytometer and the S3e cell sorter. The objective of this training is that all users quickly become autonomous and independent in the use of cytometers and have the necessary and sufficient theoretical bases to plan their cytometry project as well as possible.

To sum up, the platform offers, for those who wish, personalized coaching that includes :

• assistance in designing experiments (choice of fluorochromes, sample preparation)
• adapting the equipment to emerging uses by developing new technical developments.
• assistance in carrying out experiments (sample marking, assistance with cytometers).
• assistance for analysis, interpretation and presentation of results.
• the theoretical & practical training of users.
